The entity responsible for processing your data is identified in the section of this website entitled Legal Advice and will hereafter be referred to as Lewu.

The categories of customers’ and providers’ personal data which we process are:
1 Identifying data
2 Postal address and email
3 Commercial data
4 Economic data and transactional records

We have obtained this data directly from the data subject, in accordance with a contractual relationship, a service offer or any other commercial activity through which we have been in contact.

We have obtained the aforementioned data either directly from you via a job offer, the submission of a commercial offer, contract proposal, etc. or through your company upon the provision of your personal data and other information necessary to realise a contractual relationship between the two parties. You or your company are obliged to provide us with updated information in the event of a change to your circumstances.

We process data provided by the data subject, with the aim of managing particular activities pertaining to specific proceedings resulting from sales, after sales service, supplier management, service quality, etc. In this way, we will use your data to perform any of the following actions:

  1. Sending the information you request from us via the contact from of our webpage or any other point of contact with our company.
  2. Providing product offers and services of interest to our potential and existing customers
  3. Undertaking administrative, tax and accounts management of our customers and suppliers

Personal data relative to natural persons associated with potential customers, customers and suppliers which we collect using various contact forms and/ or data collection methods is retained unless its removal is requested by the data subject. The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept while the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained, respecting the relevant legal data retention period.

In any event, we will only store your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary, with consideration to our need to respond to any issues that may be raised or to solve problems, make improvements, activate our services and comply with applicable legislation. This means that we may store your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or our website. Following this period, your personal data will be removed from all our systems.

The free, unambiguous consent of the data subject (potential customer). We hereby state that the withdrawal of this consent may under no circumstances determine the execution of the contract between the parties involved.

The legitimate interest of the company in the promotion and marketing of products or services similar to those which have previously been obtained or requested.

In the event that you do not provide your personal data, we will be unable to execute your contract or comply with obligations imposed by the law or by public authorities.

We will not pass on your personal data to any third-party companies for the purpose of direct marketing, except when we have been given express authorisation to do so.

You are hereby informed that we may pass on your data to public administration bodies and competent authorities in the event that we are legally required to do so, or when, acting in good faith, we believe that such release is reasonably necessary in order to comply with a judicial proceeding; to respond to any legal claim or legal action; or to protect the rights of our company, its customers or the general public.

You are hereby informed that your data will not be handed over to third parties. The company takes sole responsibility for the processing and safeguarding of your data.

We do pass on your personal data to certain third-parties (eg. Internet service providers who help us to administer our webpage or perform contracted services, I.T. support and maintenance companies, logistics companies, administrative agencies, tax and accounts advisors etc.). In any event, said third-parties must at all times carry out the same security measures as we do regarding your personal data, and if necessary will be legally obliged to safeguard your personal data and may only use it in accordance with our specific instructions.

There is no provision for sharing data with third-party countries.

Any person has the right to be notified regarding whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed.

Likewise, data subjects may request the right to amend incorrect data, or where appropriate, request that it be removed when the data is no longer required, or for certain other reasons.

Additionally, in certain circumstances, data subjects may request limitations on the processing of their personal data, or in certain instances relating to their individual situation, the data subjects may exercise their right to contest the processing of their personal data. In this event we will cease to process said data, except on compelling legitimate grounds, the defence of potential claims, or other exemptions laid down in applicable law.

Additionally, you are hereby informed that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any moment, without affecting the legality of our processing of your personal data prior to said withdrawal.

Moreover, we hereby state that the user is free to exercise the aforementioned rights at any moment, by writing to us using the contact details which appear in Part 1 of this legal notice, attaching a photocopy of your ID card.

You also have the right to make a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you consider your rights not to have been met.

Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law 34/2002, of 11July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we will not send advertising via email without having previously obtained the express consent of the recipient. The user may decline advertising by checking the appropriate box.
